野菜（やさい）の　スープ

（Vegetables Soup）

食材（しょくざい）：

キャベツ（Cabbage）、にんじん（Carrot）、トマト、オニオン、塩（しお）、胡椒（こしょう）
Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Tomato, Onion, Salt, Pepper

ステップ（Step）：

１．まず、水（みず）を　湯（ゆ）に　します。
    First, boil the water.

２．そのとき、キャベツと　にんじんは　一切（ひとき）れに　切（き）ったり、トマトと　オニオンは　四分（よんふん）一切（ひとき）ります。
    In the meanwhile, cut the cabbage and carrot into small pices, and cut the tomato and onion into four.

３．そして、　全部（ぜんぶ（で）、お湯（ゆ）中（なか）に　入（い）れます。三十分（さんじゅうふん）ゆてます。
    Next, Put all of it into the boiled water. Boil it for around 30 mins.(If you want it to be more tasty, boil it for longer time.)

４．塩（しお）と　胡椒（こしょう）も　いれます。
    Lastly, put in adequate amount of salt and pepper.

＊もし　鶏肉（とりにく）または　豚肉（ぶたにく）または　魚肉（ぎょにく）が　あったら、野菜　スープの　中（なか）に　入（い）れても　いいですよ。肉（にく）を　入（い）れると　この　野菜　スープは　甘（あま）く　なりました。
* If you got chicken or pork or fish meat, you may add it into the vege soup too. The soup will be more sweet when you add in meat.

チョコレート　コーンフレーク

（Chocolate Cornflakes）

食材（しょくざい）：

調理（ちょうり）チョコレート Cooking Chocolate
（Van Houtten/Vochelle）

酪農（らくのう）ミルク　チョコレート（Cadbury Dairy Milk）

コーンフレーク Cornflakes（Kellogg’s Cornflakes）

ステップ（Step）：

１．まず、調理（ちょうり）チョコレートと　酪農（らくのう）ミルク　チョコレートを　溶（と）かす。
    First, melt the cooking chocolate and dairy milk chocolate by steam it.

２．そして、ゆっくり　コーンフレークを　入（い）れます。そのとき、均等（きんとう）に　混（ま）ぜます。
    Then, slowly pour in the cornflakes. In the meanwhile, mix it evenly.

３．よく　混（ま）ざったとき、小さい紙（かみ）コップに　均等に　配付（はいふ）します。
    When it is well mix, distribute it evenly into small paper cup.

４．それから、タッパーウェアに　置（お）きます。
    Lastly, keep in inside Tupperware.

サラダ（Salad）

食材（しょくざい）：

キャベツ（Cabbage）、にんじん（Carrot）、マヨネーズ、塩（しお）、胡椒（こしょう）、砂糖（さとう）

Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Salt, Pepper, Mayonnaise, Sugar

ステップ（Step）：

１．まず、キャベツと　にんじんは　スライスに　きります。そして、お碗に　入れて、この　二つ（ふたつ）食材は　均等（きんとう）に　混（ま）ぜます。
    First, cut the cabbage and carrot into slices. Then put it into a bowl and mix the two ingredients evenly. 

２．そして、ほかの　食材も　入れて、均等（きんとう）に　混（ま）ぜます。
    Then, add in the others ingredients and mix all of it evenly.

３．トマトソース　または　チリソースを　入れても　いいですよ。いれてから、この　味（あじ）は　素晴（すば）らしく　なりますよ。
    You may add in tomato sauce or chilli sauce to the salad too. If u add in the sauce, the taste will be more great.

＊この　サラダは　直接（ちょくせつ）食べる　ことができます。ほかに、パンと　一緒に（いしょに）　食べる　ことも　できますよ。

* This salad can be eaten directly or eat with bread.

４．パンの　上に　この　サラダを　広（ひろ）げる、胡瓜（きゅうり）スライスと　トマトスライスは　この　上に　置（お）いて、もう一枚（いちまい）パンを　置きます。
    Spread the salad on the bread, put one piece of cucumber slice and one piece of tomato slice on it and cover it with another piece of bread.

卵（たまご）マヨネーズ　サンドイッチ

（Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich）

食材（しょくざい）：

卵（たまご）、マヨネーズ、塩（しお）、胡椒（こしょう）、パン

Ingredients: Egg, Mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper

ステップ（Step）：

１．まず、卵（たまご）を　ゆてます。そして、それを　冷（さ）まして　ください。
    First, boil the egg and leave it cool.

２．つぎに、お碗（わん）に　入（い）れて、ホークで　この　卵を　小さい粒（つぶ）します。
    Next, put it in a bowl and smash the egg to small cube size by using fork.

３．それから、適宜（てきぎ）塩（しお）と　胡椒（こしょう）と　マヨネーズを　入れます。均等に　混ぜます。
    Then, put in adequate amount of salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix it until even.

４．そして、これを　パンの　上（うえ）に　広（ひろ）げます、もう一枚（いちまい）パンを　この　上に　置（お）きます。
    Then, spread the mixture on the bread and cover it with another piece of bread.

５．最後（さいご）は　この　パンは　三角形（さんかくけい）に　きります。
    Lastly, cut the bread into triangle shape.

パリの浪漫～Romance in Paris

昨日は　経営学部の　晩です。今年は　私の　最終学年ですから、私と　友達は　経営学部の晩へ　行きました。これは　私たちの　初めて晩　ですから、とても緊張です。私と　友達は　だいたい午後二時から、準備しました。私の　たの学部の　友達（Sussanaさん）は　私たちに　髪型（かみがた）と　化粧（けしょう）を　手伝って　あげましたよ。私たち　三人は　だいたい　四時間かかりました。とても　大変ですよ。
Yesterday was Management School's Prom Night. As this year was our final year, my friend and I decide to join the event. This was our first experience to go to prom night. We started to prepared ourselves from around 2pm. My friend from other school came to my friend house to help us make-up and set our hair. The three of us took around four hours to done.

今年の　主題（しゅだい）は　パリの　浪漫（ろうまん）です、とても　おもしろい主題です。パーティーは　午後七時に開始します。彼は　車が　あるから、私たちは　車で　Hydro Majestic Hotelへ　いきました。私たちは　ごご六時ごろ　友達の　家から、ホテルへ　行きました。だいたい六時四十五分に　ホテルを　達しました。ホテルに　入ってに、多いの　コースメート　もう 達して、プールの　側（そく）に　写真を　撮っています。時間があるから、私たちは　ホテルの　近くに　写真を　撮りました。

The theme for this year was <Romance in Paris>, an interesting theme. The party start at 7pm. We go there by my boyfriend's car. We depart from my friend's house at about 6pm and reach Hydro Majestic Hotel at about 6.45pm. When we reach there, many of our friends had already arrived. Most of them are taking photo around the pool. Since we still had time before the party start, we took photos around the hotel.

午後七時に、私たちは　ボールルームに　入りました。ボールルームを　入って前に、私たちは　登録を　して、贈り物（おくりもの）を　もらいました。私たちの　座席（ざせき）は　舞台（ぶたい）の　まえですから、とても　にぎやかです。でも、食べ物は　とても　とおい　ありましたよ。食べ物は　美味しくなくて、とても少し　ありましたよ。今年は　最終年生は　一番おおいです。最終年生の座席は　全部で　舞台の　前に　ありました。今年、だいたい六人だけの　講師（こうし）は　この　パーティーへ　行きました。

About 7pm sharp, we went into the ball room. Before we go in to the ball room,  we register ourselves at the registration counter and received the door gift from the junior. As our seat is located in front of the stage, it is quite noisy. However, the food is located on the other side of the ball room far from our place. The food available was so little and yet not so delicious.>"< All the final year students' seats is arrange to be in front of the stage. This year only around six lecturers went to the party.

この晩の　パフォーマンス （Performance)は　少しだけ　ありました。でも、プロム　キング（Prom King)と　プロム　クイーン（Prom Queen)の　試合（しあい）は　特に　おもしろくて、楽しかったです。 今年の　プロム　キング（Prom King)と　プロム　クイーン（Prom Queen)は　とても　きれいと　パンサムですよ。二人も　最終年生です。パーティーの時、私たちは　たくさん　写真を　撮りました。最後に、コースメートと　グループ写真を　撮りました。

There were only a few performance arranged. However, the Prom King and Prom Queen Competition was the most interesting and happy part. The prom king and prom queen this year were handsome and beautiful. Both of them were the final year students. During the party, we took a lot of photos. At the end of the party, we took the group photos.

だいたい十二時に、私たちは　うちに　帰りました。とても　大変ですが、楽しかったです。＾＾～
About 12am, my friends and I went back home. Today was very tiring day but we felt very happy and enjoyed.^^~

今日は　私の誕生日ですから、とても楽しいです。誕生日から、先木曜日の晩に　彼と　バスで　家へ　帰りました。この　旅路（Journey）は　七時間かかります、とても　大変です。

USMへ　行ったから、誕生日は　USMで　祝しました。今年は　家に　帰り　父と　母と

祝しました。私の　ホームタウン（Hometown）は　いつも　雨が　降りましたから、どこへ　も　いきません。

今晩は　USM へ　帰りますよ。とても　本意ないね。。T_T。。。勉強は　急がしですから、もう一度　家に　できるの　来ること　ができますが　わからないよ。

私の とっておきの レシピ（My Secret Recipies)

こんにちわ、みなさん。今朝は　先生と　プレゼンテーションの　スクリプトと　プレゼンテーションを　教える方を　話しました。先生は　私の　スクリプトを　修正しました。ありがとう　ございました　先生。

私の 　プレゼンテーションの　トピックは　私の　とっておきの　レシピです。私は　小さい時から、料理が　好きですから、この　トピックに　選びますです。プレゼンテーションの時、私は　簡単で、健康的で、美味しい料理を　教えます。プレゼンテーションは　１０分かかります。Q&A　セクションは　プレゼンテーションまでに、５分かかります。

１０分時間が　ありますから、四つ　簡単な料理を　教えます。この　四つ料理は：

１．       卵　マヨネーズ　サンドイッチ（Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich）

２．       サラダ（Salad）

今年の春節前に。。。

二月三日は　春節です。今年の　春節休みは　とても短いですが、たのしかったです。

私は　作りのクッキー

春節の前に　私は　とても忙しかったです。今年、私は　自分で　クッキー（Cookies）を　作りましたから、母は　春節のクッキーは　少し買いました。バター　クッキー（Butter Cookies）や　コーンフレーク　クッキー（Cornflakes Cookies）　や　チョコレート　コーンフレーク（Chocolate Cornflakes）　や　ハニー　コーンフレーク（Honey Cornflakes）　を　作りました。姉と　従妹（Cousin）も　一緒に　クッキーを　作りましたから、　終わる。クッキーを　作りましたの　ほかに、私たちは　家を　掃除しましたと　飾りました（Decorate）。

Orange Chiffon Cake

春節の　二日前は　姉の　誕生日です。私は　姉大好きの　Orange Chiffon Cakeを　作りました。姉は　これを大好きですから、楽しかったです。それのほかに、私は　叔母（Aunt)大好きの　バター　ケーキ（Butter Cake）を　作りました。

春節の　前に、家族と　親戚に　Renaissance Hotelで　レユニオン　ディナー（Reunion Dinner）を　食べました。しらべくですから、たくさんニュースを　話していました。この　ホテルの　料理は　あまり美味しくてよ。レユニオン　ディナーは　終わってから、祖母の　家に　いきました。そして、もう結婚したの年長親戚は　年下のこどもに　Ang Paoを　あげました。それから、私たちは　話しています。

	午後十一時半ごろ、私は　姉と　祖母の　家の　後ろの　お寺へ　いきました。十二時ごろ、祖母の　家に　かえりました。叔父（Uncle）爆竹と花火を　爆発。とてもきれいでした。一時ごろ、私たちは　家に　かえりました。疲れましたが、楽しかったです。 家族の写真   私と姉の　写真 私と　姉と　従妹の　写真

忙しい生活

今週と　先週は　とても忙しかったですから、　とても大変です。先週　私は　経営学部企画の　企業訪問と　彼の　従姉の婚礼の儀へ　行きました。今週、　TexChem企画の　キャリア講演（Career Talk）へ　行きましたや　映画を見ましたや　買い物をしました。今週はとても大変ですが、楽しかったです。

二週間後に　春節ですよ．うちへ　帰りますから、とても　たのしいです。

I'm so busy in this two weeks. It was so tired. In this two weeks I've been going to industrial visit organized by School of Management, attending my boyfriend's cousin's wedding, attending career talk organized by TexChem, watching movies with my friends, and shopping for Chinese New Year clothes with my friends.Although it is quite exhausted for me, I enjoy the life and feel so happy.

Chinese New Year is coming soon, I'm feeling so excited to went back home and celebrate it with my family members and friends.

企業訪問 ２０１１（Industrial Visit 2011）

昨日、わたしは　経営学部整理の　企業訪問へ　行きました。去年、わたしもこの企業訪問へ、とてもたなしかったです。去年はMotorolaとPenang Airportへ　いきました。今年はCitigroupとGhee Hiangへ　いきます。

朝、 私たちは　Citigroup　Transaction Services (M) Sdn Bhd　へ行きました。Citigroupは　インポート （Import）と　エクスポート（Export）貿易会社（Trading Company）です。Citigroupは　とてもおきくて、きれいです。Citigroup は　Menara Northamの　四と五と六階で　あります。でも、わたしたちは　四階と五階に参観（Visit）しました。六階の事務所に　はいっても　いけません、 機密情報　から。機密情報から、事務所の中に　写真を　とってもいけません。グループの写真だけ　とってもいいです。インターンシップ （Internship）は　今学期の後　はじめますから、Citigroupで　インターンシップ（Internship）の　申込書 （Application form）を　かきました。

そして、ごごに　わたしたちは　Ghee Hiang Manufacturing Co. Sdn. Bhd.へ　いきました。Ghee Hiangは　いろいろなビスケット（Biscuit）と　ごま油（Sesame Oil）を　つくります。Ghee Hiangの　ビスケットとごま油は　とてもゆめいです。ちは　ビスケット製作所（Factory)へ　行きました。この製作所は　とても小さいが、きれ いな製作所です。今、Ghee Hiang は　もう百五十四年　マレーシアが　あります。工場主（Factory's owner）は　私たちに　この 製作所の　歴史（History)　と　ビスケットのつくること　を　おしえました。この製作所は　毎日　新しい　ビスケットを　つくりますから、とても おいしくて、新鮮です。

 私たちは　とてもラッキーです。昨日、Korean Broadcasting System（KBS）はGhee Hiangへ　プログラム（Programme)を　録画（Video Recoding）することに　行きました。私たちは　サーベイと録画を手伝いました（Help）。このディレクタ （Director）は　とてもファニー（Funny）じんです。この録画は　一月三十日に　リリースです。KBSの　ウェプサイトで　この録画を　見ま すよ。とても期待しています。

昨日はとても大変ですが、たのしかったです。忘れないの経験（Experience）です。

=>By using ない-form, take off the い and replace it with ければなりません
=>or just add といけません behind ない-form.
*Both ～なければなりません and ～ないどいけませんhave the same meaning of what we must do.

１．クラスへ　いかなくてもいいです。
This form of sentences is use to express something that does not have to be done.

助詞（は）
は- can be used in two ways
1. as a Topic Indicator
2. when doing compare and contrast
れい１：A:ここでタバコ（を）すってもいいですか。
 　　　　B: タバコ（は）ここですわないでください。
In Example 1(A), particle is を used to indicated the action of the verb behind it すって.
In Example 1(B), particle is は used to indicated the topic of the sentence タバコ.

れい２：ワイン（は）のみますが、ビール（は）のみません。
きょう（は）べんきょうしましたが、あした（は）べんきょうしません。
In the two examples above, the particle は is used to make a compare and contrast between the two topic in front and behind.(For the 1st one between ワイン and ビール,and for the 2nd one between きょう and あした)

わたしは　すいえい　が　できます。
This form of sentence is used to express the ability of what you can do.

２．辞書形　こと　＋　が　＋　できます。
れい：わたしは　日本語を　はなすこと　が　できます。
In order to use the verb to express your ability, you must change the verb-form　(ます形） to the dictionary- form（辞書形） plus こと before ができます.

My name is Sze Lin and I’m from Malaysia. Currently, I’m pursuing Management, majoring in Finance in Universiti Sains Malaysia(USM). There are six people in my family, which included me, my parents, and also my three elder sisters.Currently, my parents are staying at our hometown, whereas my sisters are staying at KL now.

I started to fall in love with Japanese because of my dad. Sometimes, I’ll chat with my dad using Japanese. Because of the loving of Japanese, I’m taking Japanese courses in my university, whereby now I’m pursuing level 3 Japanese, LAJ300. Japanese is an interesting course and I would like to introduce the beautiful of Japanese to all of you. Besides, I would like to recommend this course to all my friends too.

This is the first time I write the blog. In this blog, I’ll share about my life, events and the food I like. The main language for my blog will be in Japanese and I'll post the English version a few days after the post so that my friends who do not know Jpaanese can understand my post more easily and learn Japanese from my post.
